We are proud to offer free delivery on any custom order within 50 miles of any of our 6 shops or many drop lots located throughout the Homestead states. Delivery rates for available sheds (also called "inventory" or "in stock sheds") varies based on the distance from the drop lot to the delivery address. The first 50 miles of delivery are free on these buildings as well! Please chat with us for the most accurate shipping quote.

Special Delivery Areas
Starting in 2023, many municipalities throughout Suffolk, Hampton, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach and the surrounding coastal areas of Virginia have implemented permitting and escort requirements. Since 2 escorts or police escorts are now required for any style or size of shed to be delivered to those areas, there is an additional fee added to the delivery costs going to these areas.

We do try to keep our sheds priced in a way that even with delivery and escort costs, our prices are better than other company's who deliver to those areas.
