You can pay half down with a card or an ACH (bank draft) and the other half on delivery with a card or a check! 

You may pay the hauler the balance directly on delivery with a card or a check. There are no card processing fees! *Please note that the hauler cannot accept cash payments on delivery*

Our Rent-to-Own plans are " No Strings Attached". Renting on a month-to-month basis, meaning you have the flexibility to turn in the building at any time, for any reason. You can pay over the phone with a credit/debit card and even set up monthly Autopay, so you never miss a payment! 

It's easy to make extra payments to shorten the length of your plan and there are also early payoff options!

All Credit Approved 90 Day Same-As-Cash 

All Rent to Own plans have a built-in 90 Day Same as Cash through our partners at Heartland Capital. There's no credit check and if it takes you longer than 90 days to payoff your building, your plan will automatically roll into a Rent to Own plan!

Financing with Approved Credit
