Our Rent-to-Own plans are " No Strings Attached". Renting on a month-to-month basis, meaning you have the flexibility to turn in the building at any time, for any reason. You can pay over the phone with a credit/debit card and even set up monthly Autopay, so you never miss a payment!
It's easy to make extra payments to shorten the length of your plan and there are also early payoff options!
All Credit Approved 90 Day Same-As-Cash
All Rent to Own plans have a built-in 90 Day Same as Cash through our partners at Heartland Capital. There's no credit check and if it takes you longer than 90 days to payoff your building, your plan will automatically roll into a Rent to Own plan!
15 Months Same-as-Cash with GreenSky
We offer a 15 Month Payment Plan with no interest if paid within 15 months through our partners at GreenSky. You have the flexibility to request more or less than the cost of your shed!
