Refund Policy

You may cancel your building/shed order, if you choose to do so and the order total will be refunded, minus a 25% Order Cancellation/Restocking Fee. If the building has been delivered, you must tell the delivery personnel that you would like to return and cancel your order while the building is still on the delivery trailer. Refunds will not be given once a building has been taken off of the delivery trailer. This applies to all buildings.

The Order Cancellation/Restocking Fee will apply to any orders which cannot be accepted by the customer due to lack of signature (or proper fulfillment) of the Delivery and Payment Waiver and/or Landlord Waiver, Rental Agreement and its attached waivers, Same-as-Cash Agreement and its attached waivers, Neighboring Property Section/Landlord Section of any waivers, et all. This includes providing a Government-Issued ID photo copy for your payment plan. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure he/she has collected all of the required signatures in order for Homestead Buildings & Sheds to fulfill their order.

Please note that payments made online (via PayPal, credit card, debit card, AmazonPay, etc.) can take up to 7 days processing time, depending on the payment vendor. This includes refunds issued to the original payment method.

Inspection and Quality

All Homestead Buildings & Sheds buildings are inspected before delivery for imperfections in the components and functionality, such as proper closing of doors, correct paint application, etc.

Damages and issues 

Once your building arrives, please let the delivery personnel know if you believe that it's missing something or damaged so that we can immediately make it right. We want you to love your new building!

Deposits

No refunds will be issued on deposits after 72 hours.

Non-returnable items 

We do not accept returns/give refunds on gift cards.
